Where our govt hospitals,bus stands were built?

By an study in 1970 across the nook and corner of the Tamilnadu,there were unbelivable number of lakes in TN counting around 39202 lakes..But now the numbers were only mere and where all gone

It's by an another study that showcased the real fact out of 39202 lakes,40% of it were used for building govt hosipatls and bus stands which we could notice this fact even now and 30% were under very poor conditions because of  0% maintanence and only remaining 30% were functioning now.

An example:  The new bus stand opened in Palani few years ago was built on 40% of Vaiyapuri lake.
